This establishment prides itself on combining high-quality food and beverage offerings with an inviting atmosphere that captivates both locals and visitors alike.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated barbacks to join our Front of House (FOH) team at The Beth. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our bar and dining areas, supporting bartenders, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction through attentive service and efficient teamwork. Ideal candidates will have experience working in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. While prior experience is preferred, motivated individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position, requiring availability that aligns with busy restaurant hours to meet the demands of our service standards. Joining The Beth means becoming part of a team that values quality, teamwork, and a vibrant work culture, all set against the backdrop of the beautiful Hingham Shipyard. As a barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our beverage service, ensuring the bar is well-stocked and clean, and helping to create memorable experiences for our guests in a lively and scenic setting. At The Beth, we believe in rewarding our team for their hard work with competitive wages, generous meal discounts, and a variety of benefits designed to support your professional growth and well-being.
