This role is for a position within Live Nation's Concerts Division, where the energy of live performances fills the atmosphere and drives every aspect of the job. The position involves supporting bar operations during events by maintaining optimal service standards and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include staying updated on menu items and descriptions, ensuring compliance with event and alcohol service guidelines, managing inventory such as stocking ice bins and beverages, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks related to bar equipment. The role demands physical stamina as it requires lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds, prolonged periods of standing, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes loud environment.
Candidates for this position must be passionate about live music and entertainment, exhibit strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working late hours with a flexible schedule. Responsible Alcohol Training Certification or an equivalent qualification is required to ensure safe and responsible service. Preferred candidates bring experience in live music settings, the ability to recognize valid IDs, and have a history of positive interactions in customer-facing roles. Job Duties
- Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
- Follow Special Events guidelines to ensure event success
- Handle side duties including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers, including lifting/moving up to 25lbs
- Clean and assist with maintaining bar equipment
- Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to Company policy
- Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
- Separate glass, cardboard, and plastics per local codes
