Staff members enjoy a vibrant work atmosphere where each day presents new challenges and opportunities, contributing to both personal and professional growth.

As a barback, you will assist bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and other essential supplies. You will help maintain a clean and organized bar area, replenish ice and mixers throughout service, and assist with opening and closing duties to prepare the bar for optimal service. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of hospitality, develop strong teamwork and communication skills, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Hyatt Regency Tamaya offers significant benefits to its summer workforce, including free meals during shifts and the convenience of uniform laundering handled by the resort. Employees have the unique opportunity to unlock discounted Hyatt rooms worldwide, making it an ideal job for those who love to travel and explore new places. The position enables young professionals to build friendships, create unforgettable memories, and open doors to global career opportunities within Hyatt’s extensive network. Whether seeking to start a career in hospitality or simply wanting a rewarding summer job, Hyatt Regency Tamaya provides a supportive environment to learn, grow, and lead.

By choosing this role, you are investing in yourself and helping to create meaningful experiences for guests at one of the Southwest's most stunning resorts.
