Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 100 pounds
- Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and portion control

Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with employees and guests in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- Listen to and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests
- Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- Attend all hotel-required meetings and trainings
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with hotel standards
- Uphold high personal appearance and grooming standards
- Comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe operations
- Maximize productivity and assist in problem-solving
- Cross-train in other hotel-related areas as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Show initiative in anticipating guest or operational needs
- Receive all liquor, beer, and wine deliveries daily
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, refrigerators, and service areas
- Replenish liquor, beer, and wine during shifts
- Be familiar with beverages, cocktails, and hotel mixing portion controls
- Assist in opening and closing side-work duties
- Help ensure bar and lounge cleanliness and tidiness
- Assist with maintaining beverage cost controls
- Follow prescribed procedures when serving alcohol to avoid issues with intoxicated guests
- Retrieve and deliver food items to customers according to service standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
