Job Description

Live Nation Entertainment is the worlds leading live entertainment company made up of influential market leaders such as Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. As a global powerhouse, Ticketmaster oversees the sale of over 500 million tickets annually, serving more than 12,000 clients worldwide. Live Nation Concerts is recognized as the largest live entertainment provider, promoting over 40,000 shows and 100+ festivals yearly across more than 40 countries with nearly 4,000 artists. Live Nation Media & Sponsorship channels these strengths into creating innovative music marketing programs that work with over 1,000 brands to engage the 98 million fans attending Live Nation events. The Concerts division stands as the heart of tours, concerts, and fan experiences, backed by a company culture that thrives on fun, inclusivity, and opportunities for growth. With perks like free concert tickets, dog-friendly offices, student loan reimbursement, and adoption and fertility support, Live Nation is certified as a Great Place to Work and spotlighted by People Magazine among "50 Companies that Care." This ongoing commitment makes it an inspiring environment for those passionate about live music and career development.

The role involves working in a fast-paced, energetic setting where live music events take center stage. The position's focus is on supporting bar operations during concerts and festivals, ensuring efficient service and maintenance to contribute to overall event success. Responsibilities include staying current on menu items and event-specific guidelines, managing inventory such as ice bins, liquor, beer, and wine while handling up to 25 lbs of lifting, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of bar equipment and areas. The candidate will perform opening, running, and closing side duties following company policies, including trash management and recycling in compliance with local codes. They will monitor bar safety and sanitation standards and ensure responsible alcohol service in alignment with legal regulations and company policies. Communication and teamwork play a vital role as the candidate participates in pre-shift meetings and collaborates with management and colleagues. Given the dynamic and often loud music environment, the role demands physical endurance, the ability to work late hours, and the flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules.

Live Nation embraces diversity and inclusivity, striving to create a workplace where employees can bring their entire selves to work and find a sense of belonging. The company supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants, including those with disabilities or criminal histories, and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations. With a global footprint and dedication to live music culture, this role offers more than a job—it offers a chance to be part of a world-class entertainment entity that values talent, innovation, and personal growth. Prospective employees can expect a stimulating, rewarding workplace where passion for live music and excellent service converge in every event.
