We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Barbacks to join our dynamic team. The role of a Barback at Forbici is pivotal to the smooth operation of the bar area, providing essential support to bartenders to ensure a seamless customer service experience. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies such as napkins, straws, glassware, garnishes, liquor, beer, and wine, and assisting with any other tasks necessary to keep the bar functioning efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and listening skills, be highly organized with a keen attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to stay calm and positive under pressure. Since teamwork is essential in the hospitality environment, the Barback must excel collaboratively and be viewed as a dependable member of the team. Candidates should show a genuine interest in food and hospitality, backed by either prior experience or a strong desire to learn and grow in this field.

Additional requirements for this role include the ability to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications and the capability to physically handle tasks such as carrying trays, managing glassware, and standing or walking for extended periods during shifts.
