Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in restaurants or hospitality or strong interest in food and hospitality
- strong communication and listening skills
- ability to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- strong attention to detail and well organized
- excels in a team environment
- ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
- strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow
- must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to balance and carry trays, multiple plates, glass racks and or glasses
- sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods
- ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs
- ability to stand and or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift while possibly navigating ramps, stairs and elevators

Job Duties
- Assist in cleaning the bar
- ensure the bar is well stocked with napkins, straws, glassware, garnishes, liquor, beer, wine and all other necessities
- assist the bartender to ensure smooth bar operations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- support the team in delivering excellent customer service
- handle physical tasks such as carrying trays, glass racks, and multiple plates
- follow all safety and service protocols
