Job Duties
- Stocking bars with liquor, beer, wine, ice, and supplies by following established procedures
- cleaning beverage equipment, glasses, and service areas
- assisting Bar Wait Staff and bartenders in clearing tables
- assisting bartender in the preparation of garnishes and mixes
- performing side-work and any other opening or closing duties as required
- clearing and cleaning tables in a prompt and efficient manner
- cleaning and/or wiping down tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary
- responding in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest requests and complaints
- making appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines
