All dishes are elevated through Chef Levi's signature live-fire cooking techniques, bringing a unique depth of flavor and authenticity to each plate. Alongside Credence, the an exclusive speakeasy-style cocktail bar called Sidebar provides guests a discreet and atmospheric venue inspired by the early-1900s Texas oil boom. Both Credence and Sidebar together are reshaping the fine dining and mixology landscape, setting a high standard for culinary artistry and guest experience.
The Barback position at Credence plays a vital role in supporting the bartenders and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar during service. This role involves restocking liquor, mixers, and glassware promptly and meticulously, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with organizational tasks to uphold the bar’s efficiency. The Barback must possess a keen attention to detail, work with speed, and collaborate closely with the bartenders and other team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This behind-the-scenes role is essential in maintaining high service standards and contributing to the overall success of the beverage department in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality and the culinary arts, eager to learn, and committed to supporting the dynamic atmosphere at Credence and Sidebar.
