Job Duties
- Oversee setup, execution, cleanup, and accountability for all bars
- Stock glassware, sodas, juices, back bars, front bars, and any other equipment set for bar
- Assist bartenders in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, ice, and dry stock
- Transport and replace all items needed
- Maintain cleanliness of bar areas and event spaces
