Known for its warm, family-like work environment and over 30 years of excellence in hospitality, The Waterfront Beach Resort offers a unique platform for hospitality professionals to begin or enhance their careers while delivering unforgettable experiences to guests. This resort combines the serene beauty of its oceanfront location with a passionate team dedicated to the highest standards of customer care, making it a premier destination for both leisure and business travelers.

At The Waterfront Beach Resort, a dedicated team culture exists where associates are encouraged to grow through experience, training, and career development opportunities. The resort prides itself on fostering a supportive atmosphere where employees can achieve an ideal work-life balance and pursue personal and professional growth. Known for its motto, "One Team, One Dream," the resort emphasizes camaraderie, integrity, and exceptional teamwork, creating an environment where every associate's contribution is valued and celebrated.

We are currently seeking a Bar Setup Supervisor to join our team, a vital role that ensures the smooth operation of all bar services during events and daily resort activities. This position is responsible for overseeing the setup, execution, cleanup, and accountability for all bars within the resort. The Bar Setup Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of bar operations to enhance the overall guest experience. This includes managing the stocking of glassware, sodas, juices, back bars, front bars, and other essential equipment necessary for bar services.

In this role, you will assist bartenders by maintaining adequate supplies of liquor, beer, wine, ice, and dry stock, ensuring that bar areas and event spaces are clean, well-stocked, and operationally ready. Additionally, transporting and replacing all required items for the bar and handling inventory control are crucial aspects of this role. The Bar Setup Supervisor must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong follow-up skills to ensure every detail is addressed promptly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the restaurant or food industry, showcasing an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside dedicated hospitality professionals in a setting that values personal growth, teamwork, and excellence in service. As a part of The Waterfront Beach Resort team, you will not only enhance your career in the hospitality industry but also contribute to creating memorable moments for our guests in a stunning oceanfront location.
