This role supports the bartending team by preparing garnishes, assisting with bar set-up and break-down, and complying with health regulations at all times. The Barback should possess an in-depth knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails to effectively support the bartending staff and ensure guests receive exceptional service. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, live music environment are crucial to success in this role.
