Job Requirements

Must be able to pass mandatory screening including a background check and drug test
must possess a California Food Handler Card
must be at least 21 years of age
able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and co-workers
able to resolve problems or conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
available for work including weekends and evening scheduling
able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
able to communicate clearly with team members
able to work independently
able to work within a team environment
requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds
must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day
must be able to perform repetitive manual tasks including grasping, pushing, pulling, and reaching for entire shift
may be exposed to excessive noise
must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous barback or food handling experience helpful
previous experience as a Bartender a plus
strong organizational skills
ability to multitask effectively
able to communicate clearly with team members
able to work independently and within a team environment

Job Duties

Stocking all bars for supplies prior to the start of each shift
helping the Bartender taking inventory at the beginning and ending of the shift
providing breaks to Bartenders
assisting Bartenders and wait staff as needed
checking all orders received from the Storeroom for accuracy and quality and placing orders in storage
checking all liquor bottles for broken seals
providing courteous customer service to team members and customers
maintaining a clean, well-stocked work area at all times
maintaining facilities and equipment in compliance with safe work practices
ensuring the security of customers' property at all times
concentrating in an intense, fast paced environment with numerous distractions
working in other areas when needed
performing other duties as assigned
