Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
one month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
must be able to pass mandatory screening including a background check, and drug test
this position requires active California Food Handlers Certification and/or Card
this position requires active RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification
open availability to work any shift
day, swing or graveyard
must be able to work weekends and holidays
must be 21 years old
must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment employee permit, badge or license
must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background check, and credit check

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Stock all bars for supplies prior to the start of each shift
assist the bartender in taking inventory at the beginning and end of shifts
provide breaks to bartenders and assist wait staff as needed
check orders from the storeroom for accuracy and quality and place them in storage
inspect liquor bottles for broken seals or defects
keep the bar clean to prevent insect activity
provide courteous customer service to team members and customers
maintain a clean, well-stocked work area
maintain facilities and equipment in compliance with safe work practices
perform tasks safely to ensure positive customer experiences
ensure the security of customers' property
concentrate in a fast-paced environment with distractions
work in other areas as needed
perform other duties as assigned
