Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must have TABC certification
- must have food handler's certification
- must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry 10-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures
- complete all required company and job-specific safety training
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet service standards
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations
- strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- ability to read, write, and speak English for guest communication
- ability to lift and carry 10-30 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and AT&T Discovery District events
- physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant preferred
Job Duties
- stock bar items daily and refill ice bins as needed
- anticipate bartender and operational needs throughout each shift
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas
- arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work as scheduled
- understand assigned work areas and complete setup as directed
- follow all company policies, procedures, and operating standards
- ensure prompt and high-quality service to all guests
- perform additional duties as assigned
