Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to lift 85 pounds or more
- willing to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- ability to stand and work on feet for 8 or more hours
- strong work ethic
- great attitude and smile
- willing to perform deep cleaning tasks
- interest or passion for craft beer
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic understanding or interest in craft beer
- prior experience in bar or restaurant setting is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- assist bartenders with stocking and restocking bar supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
- collect and clean glassware and dishes
- help set up bar for service and close down at the end of shifts
- support bartenders during busy periods
- ensure timely disposal of trash and recycling
- perform deep cleaning tasks as required
