Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Must have valid food handlers certification
Must have alcohol service licensing or certification
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds
Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately
Prolonged periods of standing and preparing drinks

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old
Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
Valid food handlers certification required
Alcohol service licensing or certification required
Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is advantageous
Ability to learn cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Job Duties

Support bartenders by replenishing supplies such as ice, garnishes, and glassware in a timely manner
Set up and break down the bar area including cleaning glassware, restocking ingredients, and arranging equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organize bar counters, floors, shelves, and equipment
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with bar management to ensure adequate supplies
Assist bartenders by taking orders, delivering drinks, and responding to customer inquiries
Collaborate with bartenders to prepare specialty cocktails and operate beverage equipment
Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations and report hazards promptly
Work closely with staff to ensure efficient communication and seamless operations
Stay updated on beverage trends and attend training sessions
Perform other related duties as assigned
