Individuals in this role must possess basic knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine, comply with State, Federal, and Corporate liquor laws, and communicate effectively in English with bartenders and management. Being flexible to work varying schedules is essential to meet the fluctuating business demands of the restaurant. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent.
