The Barback position at Magnolia Ballroom offers an extraordinary opportunity to be a key part of the 2026 Cup Activation, a major event that transforms the venue into one of Houston’s premier destinations for watching the tournament. As a Barback, you will work alongside bartenders and management to maintain seamless bar operations in a high-volume, high-energy setting. Job Qualifications
- Prior barback, bar, nightclub, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts

Job Duties
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas
- Remove empty bottles, trash, and glassware throughout service
- Refill ice bins and ensure bartenders remain fully stocked
- Assist with opening and closing bar duties
- Support bartenders and management during high-volume periods
- Maintain clean walkways and safe working conditions
- Help receive and organize inventory deliveries
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown when needed
