The role available at W Hollywood is for a part-time Food and Beverage team member working on the WET Deck, an exciting venue known for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional dining and cocktail experiences. This non-management position pays $26.75 per hour and is tip eligible, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals keen to engage in an energetic hospitality environment. Team members are expected to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer service. Essential tasks include opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and instruments, cleaning equipment and work areas, securing the premises, and restocking supplies including ice, glassware, and paper goods.

Employees are entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of bar furniture, tables, and other utensils, all in line with company guidelines. Safety and security protocols are paramount – team members must adhere strictly to these procedures, report any maintenance or safety issues, complete required safety training and certifications, and consistently present a professional, neat appearance.

The job requires physical dexterity, including the ability to lift, move, and carry objects under 50 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, manipulate items with fine motor skills, and navigate various surfaces including stairs and ramps. Excellent communication skills are also important to warmly welcome guests, communicate with team members and supervisors clearly, and handle phone calls appropriately.

Job Duties
