Job Qualifications

- competency in using fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination

Job Duties
- perform opening and closing duties including organizing provisions and necessary instruments
- clean all equipment and work areas
- secure doors and premises after shifts
- verify completion of tasks with captain or supervisor before leaving
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- restock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar furniture, tables, and utensils as per company guidelines
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- protect company information and assets
- support coworkers with dignity and respect
- contribute to team goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- handle physical tasks including lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
- stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods
- perform fine motor skills tasks requiring hand-eye coordination
- navigate stairs, ramps, and uneven or slippery surfaces
- greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- use clear and professional language in communication
- answer telephone calls appropriately
- perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
