Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent ged
  • no prior allied work experience required
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods
  • competency in using fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • good communication skills in english or spanish

Job Duties

  • perform opening and closing duties including organizing provisions and necessary instruments
  • clean all equipment and work areas
  • secure doors and premises after shifts
  • verify completion of tasks with captain or supervisor before leaving
  • organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • restock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
  • maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar furniture, tables, and utensils as per company guidelines
  • comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
  • protect company information and assets
  • support coworkers with dignity and respect
  • contribute to team goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • handle physical tasks including lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
  • stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods
  • perform fine motor skills tasks requiring hand-eye coordination
  • navigate stairs, ramps, and uneven or slippery surfaces
  • greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • use clear and professional language in communication
  • answer telephone calls appropriately
  • perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
