This establishment stands out not only for its prime location but also for its dedication to fostering a diverse, welcoming work environment where all associates can thrive and grow professionally.
The W Hollywood is currently seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage team member for a part-time position within its dynamic WET Deck venue. This role is instrumental in creating a seamless and enjoyable guest experience by maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and supporting daily operations behind the bar and dining areas. The role requires adherence to all safety and security policies, including reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions. Attention to detail and a professional personal appearance are essential, as the role involves direct interaction with guests, anticipating their needs, and providing genuine hospitality.
This position demands physical stamina and the ability to handle various tasks such as stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies, removing soiled wares, and maintaining the cleanliness of bar tops, tables, and work areas. Candidates must be comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The role also involves working on various surfaces and requires good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
W Hotels embraces a culture that ignites curiosity and expands worlds, fostering an environment where innovative thinking and originality are highly valued. Team members are encouraged to bring their unique talents and perspectives to their roles, contributing to a vibrant workplace culture where every member belongs and has the opportunity to become the best version of themselves. With Marriott International's firm commitment to equal opportunity employment, this role welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a workplace free from discrimination and full of opportunity.
