The role at Falls Pool Restaurant is a full-time, non-management position essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant and the overall guest experience. Employees in this role are responsible for a variety of opening and closing procedures, including organizing provisions and necessary instruments, maintaining cleanliness of all equipment and areas, and securing the premises by locking doors at the end of shifts after clearance from supervisors. The position requires careful attention to detail as the employee must ensure that all work areas, bar furniture, tables, and tools are kept clean and in good condition in accordance with the company’s established guidelines. This role is critical in supporting the management and supervisory staff in executing day-to-day functions efficiently and maintaining the restaurant's high standards.

Employees must report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly and complete all required safety training and certifications.
