Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- perform opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and equipment
- clean all equipment and work areas
- lock doors after shift with supervisor approval
- organize and stock work areas
- replenish ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- clear dirty items from bar and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar furniture, tables, and tools according to guidelines
- comply with company safety policies and report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain a neat uniform and professional appearance
- protect company property and confidentiality
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist team to achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move and handle objects weighing less than 50 pounds unassisted
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- read and verify information visually
- perform physical movements such as reaching overhead, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs or ramps
- greet and acknowledge all guests per company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally
- answer phone calls using appropriate etiquette
- perform other reasonable work tasks as directed by supervisors
