Their mission is to create authentic experiences rooted in exceptional service and deep community pride, celebrating culture through food and genuine hospitality. This dedication to quality and culture shapes the foundation of all operations under the Heritage Restaurant Group banner, making it a leader in the hospitality industry in New Mexico and beyond.

This venue is a hub for soulful expression, where patrons can immerse themselves in musical culture and nightlife in a high-energy, late-night environment. Known for its vibrant and dynamic character, Babydolls House of Jazz & Blues demands that every staff member brings personality, presence, and a passion for hospitality to their role, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

The Barback role at Babydolls House of Jazz & Blues is vital to the smooth functioning of the bar team and overall guest satisfaction. As a Barback, you are the backbone of bar operations, providing essential support that allows bartenders to focus on delivering excellent service. This position involves a range of duties from maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar areas to restocking supplies and anticipating the needs of bartenders during busy periods. Working as a Barback at Babydolls means being part of a team that values culture, hospitality, and community pride. The role requires flexibility, as nights, weekends, and holidays are prime times for service. Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance and contribute positively to the guest experience with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including a 25% match for 401k, generous employee discounts across Heritage Hotels, restaurants, spas, and retail outlets, as well as free employee parking.
