Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform active tasks with endurance in a busy environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Commitment to teamwork and excellent player service
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Physical stamina to perform active tasks throughout the shift
- Minimum legal serving age and responsible beverage service certification where required
Job Duties
- Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice while maintaining a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly without missing a beat
- Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant
