This esteemed group unites a collection of chef-driven restaurants and innovative culinary concepts that exemplify the rich culture and community spirit woven into each dining experience. Among their celebrated venues are popular destinations such as Sawmill Market, Park Square Market, The Smoky Note, and the soon-to-open Santa Fe Food Market. Dedicated to crafting memorable moments through authenticity and exceptional service, Heritage Restaurant Group embraces a deep-rooted commitment to celebrating local culture and community pride through food and hospitality. Their dynamic portfolio represents not just places to eat and drink but vibrant social hubs where people connect, enjoy, and experience the true essence of New Mexican hospitality. If you are someone who leads with heart and has a passion for service, this group invites you to become part of their growing family.
Babydolls House of Jazz & Blues is one of the flagship venues within the Heritage Restaurant Group’s portfolio. It is a dynamic nightlife destination that offers guests an immersive experience in a setting where live jazz and blues music blend seamlessly with expertly crafted cocktails. Known for its lively and energetic atmosphere, Babydolls provides a platform where culture and nightlife converge to create unforgettable evenings. The establishment thrives on soulful expression and an authentic vibe that draws in music lovers and night owls alike. The role of Barback at Babydolls House of Jazz & Blues is an essential position that ensures the seamless operation of the bar during busy and high-volume shifts. As a Barback, you will provide critical support to bartenders by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of bar areas and keeping supplies fully stocked. This role requires a detail-oriented, energetic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, plays a key part in facilitating excellent guest experiences, and contributes to a smooth-running beverage service. This position is ideal for those looking to build their career in hospitality while working with a company that values community, culture, and quality service. The employment is likely full-time or part-time with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including 401k match, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth within the group.
