Job Requirements

Be physically able to go up and down stairs while carrying up to 25 lbs of supplies glassware
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds on a regular basis
At least 18 years of age
High school education or equivalent
1-2 years of experience
Basic computer skills
Ability to deal with guests in a professional manner while maintaining a composed demeanor in high stress situations
Frequent long periods of standing and walking are expected during the workday
Ability to reach for objects and stoop or bend as needed to perform job duties
This position may involve visual and auditory tasks including the ability to see and hear adequately to perform job functions
Shifts will be 5pm - 11pm 12am Tuesday - Sunday

Job Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Basic computer skills
Ability to deal with guests professionally maintaining composure in high stress situations
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical ability to carry up to 25 lbs regularly
Knowledge of health and safety practices in a food and beverage setting

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and organized work area including bar counters glassware utensils and equipment
Refill ice stations within the bar
Keep bar stations stocked with liquor beer wine mixers and garnishes
Prepare garnishes and basic bar prep items such as cutting fruit restocking napkins straws and syrups before and during service
Transport up to 25 lbs of glassware up and down a flight of stairs
Gather and transport used glassware to washing station wash and polish it and return clean items to the bar
Regularly remove trash and empty bottles from bar area
Monitor supply and inventory levels alerting bartenders and managers when restocking is needed
Support opening and closing duties to ensure the bar is ready for service or properly shut down
Follow all health sanitation and safety guidelines consistently throughout the shift
