  • 2+ years of experience in full-service restaurant or upscale dining
  • Current ServSafe and Basset certification
  • Calm, clear, and professional communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate a physically active service environment
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide genuine and professional hospitality at all times
  • Communicate between bar, kitchen, service team and leadership to ensure a consistent, timely and memorable experience for our guests
  • Follow steps of service with an eye for detail and heart of hospitality
  • Anticipate guest needs and address them promptly
  • Be ready to speak about our concept
  • Show understanding of our food, cocktails, and wine offerings
  • Assist in bar set-up and prep work
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bar area, adhering to Department of Health and internal standards
  • Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties to our standards
  • Perform duties as assigned by leadership in order to drive and maintain our passion for hospitality, quality food and beverage
  • Support fellow team members during service
  • Participate in daily preshift meetings
