Job Requirements

Be 21 years of age or older
Working knowledge of common drink recipes and spirits
Positive energy and readiness to assist fellow support staff
Ability to work as a team player
Effective communication skills with managers employees and guests
Flexible schedule availability including days nights weekends and holidays
Ability to stand walk for extended periods with occasional stooping kneeling pushing pulling or lifting

Job Duties

Stock set up and break down all bar products before during and after service while assisting bartenders in any capacity needed
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters sinks utensils shelves glassware and storage areas including clearing and resetting tables in bar area
Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks appetizers for bar patrons
Assist bartenders as needed to ensure efficient and friendly service
Communicate effectively with managers employees and guests
