Job Requirements

A valid TX Certified Food Handlers card is required
Must be 21+ years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs
Must have excellent time management skills
Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team
Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

Previous relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant is preferred
Excellent time management skills

Job Duties

Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
Ensure that all supplies are stocked and readily available
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters and tables, cleaning glassware and utensils
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area
Provide excellent customer service to guests
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Perform other tasks as assigned
