Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license
- able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and handle kegs weighing approximately 200 pounds
- willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- tolerate exposure to noise, smoke, and varying temperature levels
- two months of on-the-job training or related experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- recognized equivalent of a high school diploma or foreign high school diploma
- strong guest service skills
- problem-solving abilities
- able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- prior food and beverage experience is helpful but not required
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Supports bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, mixers, ice, and supplies
- keeps bar areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
- assists with glassware, kegs, trash removal, and guest service as needed
- sets up bars for operation including cutting fruit and stocking ice
- reports any maintenance problems to Beverage Shift Supervisor
- maintains par levels and orders bar supplies
- sorts bottles and cardboard for recycling
- assists cocktail servers with clearing glassware and clutter from casino floor
