Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and handle kegs weighing approximately 200 pounds
  • willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • tolerate exposure to noise, smoke, and varying temperature levels
  • two months of on-the-job training or related experience

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • recognized equivalent of a high school diploma or foreign high school diploma
  • strong guest service skills
  • problem-solving abilities
  • able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • prior food and beverage experience is helpful but not required
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supports bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, mixers, ice, and supplies
  • keeps bar areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
  • assists with glassware, kegs, trash removal, and guest service as needed
  • sets up bars for operation including cutting fruit and stocking ice
  • reports any maintenance problems to Beverage Shift Supervisor
