Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license
able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and handle kegs weighing approximately 200 pounds
willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
tolerate exposure to noise, smoke, and varying temperature levels
two months of on-the-job training or related experience

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
recognized equivalent of a high school diploma or foreign high school diploma
strong guest service skills
problem-solving abilities
able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
prior food and beverage experience is helpful but not required
effective communication skills

Job Duties

Supports bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, mixers, ice, and supplies
keeps bar areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
assists with glassware, kegs, trash removal, and guest service as needed
sets up bars for operation including cutting fruit and stocking ice
reports any maintenance problems to Beverage Shift Supervisor
maintains par levels and orders bar supplies
sorts bottles and cardboard for recycling
assists cocktail servers with clearing glassware and clutter from casino floor
