Hand Cut Chophouse in Nashville, a part of Riot Hospitality Group's prestigious family, is currently seeking motivated and reliable Barbacks to join their dynamic team. The Barback role is essential in supporting the bartenders and ensuring a smooth operation behind the bar. This position demands a hardworking individual passionate about hospitality and customer satisfaction. Barbacks are responsible for maintaining the bar's cleanliness, restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and assisting bartenders throughout their shifts, contributing directly to the overall guest experience. Job Duties

  • Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of bar before, during, and after shift
  • Stock bar before, during, and after shift
  • Cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift
  • Assist bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest's needs
  • Adhere to all RHG brand policies and procedures
  • Work as a team player and actively contribute to the success of the bar/restaurant experience
  • Perform other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor
