  • must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
  • collect empty glasses from the bar and wash glassware as necessary to ensure an adequate supply to serve customers
  • prepare fresh garnishes for drinks employing the first-in, first-out (FIFO) system
  • restock bar/designated station with supplies and transport supplies to bar set-up area
  • anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
  • maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, and refrigeration and storage areas to comply with health code standards
  • perform significant walking or other means of mobility throughout the entire duration of a shift
  • walk or stand for extended periods of time, which may exceed 8 hours
  • reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned that may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
