Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or recognized equivalent
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must meet all gaming, alcohol, and tribal employment requirements
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
  • Ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior food and beverage background helpful but not required

  • Ability to maintain areas for which responsible

Job Duties

  • Supports bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, mixers, ice, and supplies
  • Keeps bar areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
  • Assists with glassware, kegs, trash removal, and guest service as needed
  • Sets up bars for operation including cutting fruit and stocking ice
  • Empties garbage and maintains par levels by ordering bar supplies
  • Supports bartenders' needs and maintains bar stock
  • Reports any maintenance problems to Beverage Shift Supervisor
  • Sorts bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling
  • Maintains bar cleanliness in accordance with health department standards
  • Assists cocktail servers with clearing glassware and clutter from casino floor
  • Works in assigned location and shift per department needs
  • Uses equipment including lifting kegs and moving carts as required
  • Performs other tasks assigned
