Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or recognized equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet all gaming, alcohol, and tribal employment requirements
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
- Ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or recognized equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior food and beverage background helpful but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
- Ability to comprehend and review necessary documentation
- Ability to maintain areas for which responsible
Job Duties
- Supports bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, mixers, ice, and supplies
- Keeps bar areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Assists with glassware, kegs, trash removal, and guest service as needed
- Sets up bars for operation including cutting fruit and stocking ice
- Empties garbage and maintains par levels by ordering bar supplies
- Supports bartenders' needs and maintains bar stock
- Reports any maintenance problems to Beverage Shift Supervisor
- Sorts bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling
- Maintains bar cleanliness in accordance with health department standards
- Assists cocktail servers with clearing glassware and clutter from casino floor
- Works in assigned location and shift per department needs
- Uses equipment including lifting kegs and moving carts as required
- Performs other tasks assigned
