Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED or recognized equivalent
Must be 21 years of age
Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must meet all gaming, alcohol, and tribal employment requirements
Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
Ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or recognized equivalent
Must be at least 21 years of age
Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior food and beverage background helpful but not required
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
Ability to comprehend and review necessary documentation
Ability to maintain areas for which responsible

Job Duties

Supports bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, mixers, ice, and supplies
Keeps bar areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
Assists with glassware, kegs, trash removal, and guest service as needed
Sets up bars for operation including cutting fruit and stocking ice
Empties garbage and maintains par levels by ordering bar supplies
Supports bartenders' needs and maintains bar stock
Reports any maintenance problems to Beverage Shift Supervisor
Sorts bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling
Maintains bar cleanliness in accordance with health department standards
Assists cocktail servers with clearing glassware and clutter from casino floor
Works in assigned location and shift per department needs
Uses equipment including lifting kegs and moving carts as required
Performs other tasks assigned
