We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Barbacks. This vital role supports the bar operations by maintaining efficient stocking, assisting bartenders, and ensuring a spotless and organized bar environment. Barbacks contribute significantly to the smooth running of the bar by managing inventory, replenishing supplies, and handling cleaning duties. This position requires a proactive, customer-focused attitude, physical stamina, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. The Barback position is integral to ensuring the guest experience surpasses expectations and facilitates seamless bar service. Barbacks are responsible for stocking the bar and associated storage areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, and other essentials necessary for service efficiency. They assist bartenders with side work, including glass washing, bussing tables, and restocking during shifts. Additionally, they may support other front-of-house duties such as Food Runners or Baristas when needed.

Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and evenings, exhibit excellent communication skills, and maintain composure in a bustling, occasionally stressful environment. Physical requirements include the capability to lift and carry substantial weight, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in a setting with variable noise and temperature levels.
