The role of Bar Stocker at Red Mile is integral to maintaining the high standards of the beverage service team. This position is responsible for ensuring that all bar areas are adequately stocked with major supplies and beverage products, facilitating smooth operations and prompt service. The Bar Stocker plays a key supportive role to bartenders, assisting in the preparation and replenishment of beverage stations, and maintaining cleanliness and order throughout all beverage-related areas and equipment. This role demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with both the storeroom personnel and bartenders. It is a dynamic position that contributes directly to the overall guest experience by ensuring the bar environment is always ready and welcoming for patrons. Job Requirements

High school or G.E.D preferred
6 months experience in a similar capacity preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills required
ability to perform basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy and create a team environment
must be able to communicate in English
excellent verbal communication skills are required
able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members
must be able to work weekends and holidays, as well as flexible shifts and hours due to business needs
must demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
6 months experience in a similar capacity preferred

Job Duties

Retrieve orders from storeroom
check stock received against written requisition with storeroom personnel to insure the order is accurate
upon delivery to the bar, recheck items with the bartender for completeness
check with and assist bartender in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies i.e. straws, stir sticks, napkins, cups, etc. for workstation
additional duties include rotate beer and fill reach in refrigerators, washing and stocking glassware, maintain stock of fruit fill and replace as needed
fill ice bins, empty garbage, replace trash liners, replace dirty bar mats, sweep and mop floors, and other cleaning duties as assigned
