Job Qualifications
- Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
- Must be able to lift and transport up to 50lbs
Job Duties
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Maintain a stocked bar and replenish supplies throughout service
- Organize and clean bar area
- Cut and prepare beverage garnishes
- Monitor and replenish ice supplies
- Communicate openly with bartenders, servers and management staff
- Assist in setting up and closing down bar at beginning and end of service
