We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Barback to join our team. The Barback position plays a crucial role in supporting our bartending staff to maintain smooth and efficient service during events. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will contribute to creating a positive guest experience by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This role is essential during high-volume periods, such as games and tournaments, where quick and accurate support is imperative.

In this role, you will be responsible for restocking beer, liquor, mixers, and other bar supplies throughout service, ensuring the bar area maintains high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. You will also handle the replenishment of ice, cups, garnishes, and inventory as needed, assisting with the setup and breakdown of the bar before and after shifts. Additionally, you’ll help ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service policies, contributing to a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

This position requires someone who is team-oriented, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic. Weekend availability is a must as event schedules vary, and the ability to lift between 30 to 50 pounds is essential due to the nature of the materials handled, such as kegs, cases, and ice bins. While previous experience as a Barback or in food and beverage service is preferred, it is not required, as we value motivation and willingness to learn.
