Job Requirements
- high school diploma/GED
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- able to work nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma/GED
- mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required
- knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items preferred
- previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
- able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- able to work nights and weekends
Job Duties
- keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean and wiped down
- restock supplies as needed
- bus tables
- prepare cocktail garnishes and other ingredients necessary for making drinks
- replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles
- take out the trash
- assist bartenders as requested
