Job Duties

  • Stocks refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer
  • replaces empty beer kegs with full ones
  • assists with washing glasses, bar, and equipment
  • polishes bar fixtures
  • mops floors
  • removes empty bottles and trash
  • assists with stocking bar supplies
  • maintains a clean and dry floor throughout the building
  • empties full trashcans
  • maintains continuous communication with managers, hosts, bartenders and servers
  • may check in product to ensure deliveries match invoice
  • attends required trainings and meetings
  • delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
