Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Front of House Team Member to join our restaurant staff. This role is crucial in ensuring that the guest experience is seamless, enjoyable, and reflective of our commitment to excellence. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, managing take-out orders efficiently, handling phone communications, and taking reservations. Your role will also involve escorting guests to their tables, cleaning and resetting tables promptly, and running food to the appropriate tables with care and attention. Mastery of our menu is essential so that you can accurately describe dishes and provide insightful recommendations to guests.

This position requires a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and maintain impeccable customer service standards at all times. Familiarity with POS systems and our specific Seven Rooms format is necessary for smooth operational flow. Additionally, you'll participate in opening, closing, and completing sidework duties as part of a cohesive team effort. Job Requirements
