Job Duties
- Familiar with and knows the location of every item in inventory
- assists and executes all tasks as assigned by bartender
- stocks bar to par level before and after each shift
- stocks bar service area
- communicates with bartenders throughout shift
- reports to work on time and ready to work scheduled shift
- maintains a positive, friendly attitude with co-workers and guests
- maintains a clean, orderly appearance of the restaurant service area
- assists and executes all tasks as assigned by other supervisors
- follows all proper sanitation guidelines
- other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager
