Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience and/or training
Previous working experience in restaurant environment
ServSafe Certified (Food and Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent
Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
Ability to frequently stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands
Ability to regularly reach with hands and arms
Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, crouch
Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
Regular and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Previous working experience in a restaurant environment
ServSafe Certified (Food and Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent
Professional and courteous demeanor
Strong team player and self-motivated
Can effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management
Demonstrate a strong commitment to company values
Exceptional personal hygiene and positive representation of the organization
Fluent in English speaking, writing and understanding
Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages

Job Duties

Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records
Assists and supports in inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products
Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed
Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Bartender and/or Department Manager
Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
Accountable for checks and cash transactions
Utilizes Point of Sales System
Assists with setup and breakdown of portable bars and other catered events
On occasion serves meals to guests
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
Regular and reliable attendance
Performs other duties as required
