With Ticketmaster leading the charge as the global event ticketing leader having sold over 500 million tickets annually and servicing more than 12,000 clients worldwide, this company sets the bar for live event experiences. Live Nation Concerts is the largest provider of live entertainment globally, promoting upwards of 40,000 shows and more than 100 festivals annually involving nearly 4,000 artists across more than 40 countries. These extensive operations allow Live Nation Media & Sponsorship to create strategic music marketing programs, connecting over 1,000 brands with the staggering 98 million fans attending Live Nation events each year.
Their Concerts Division is the birthplace of tours, where artists come alive and fans experience the thrill of live music like never before. From dozens of owned and operated amphitheaters to a global touring team, ticketing, venue operations, marketing, and sales, Live Nation fosters a vibrant and upbeat work culture filled with opportunities. Benefits range from free concert tickets to dog-friendly offices and progressive policies such as student loan reimbursement and adoption/fertility support. As a Great Place to Work and one of People Magazine's "50 Companies that Care," Live Nation is committed to making every employee feel included and empowered to achieve both personal and career goals. Live music is the shared passion driving the company culture and the reason why it's an exceptional place to work.
This role focuses on hospitality support within Live Nation's concert venues. It involves staying up to date with current menu items and ensuring special event guidelines are met to guarantee each event's success. Responsibilities include stocking and maintaining bars, cleaning and handling bar equipment, managing waste per compliance standards, operating trash compactors, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue. The role may require working special events throughout the venue and handling physical demands such as lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods often in loud and fast-paced environments.
Candidates suited for this role are passionate, motivated, entrepreneurial spirits who are resourceful, innovative, forward-thinking, and committed to excellent service. Flexibility in scheduling and excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential. A Responsible Alcohol Training Certification is required, and preference is given to individuals experienced in live music environments and those familiar with recognizing valid identification. Working at Live Nation means joining a diverse, inclusive workplace committed to equal employment opportunity and accommodating associates regardless of gender, race, disability or other protected statuses. The company emphasizes a supportive environment encouraging professional growth, balanced work-life integration, and shared excitement for live music.
