Job Duties

support bartenders
ensure bartenders have all necessary ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
assist in restocking liquor, beer, wine, and mixers throughout service
maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping counters, cleaning spills, and emptying trash
refill ice bins, restock glassware, and replenish bar tools as needed
monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to the bar manager
assist with receiving and organizing bar deliveries
ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
maintain bar equipment, including cleaning and properly storing tools
assist with end-of-shift cleanup and breakdown
provide friendly and professional assistance to guests when needed
support the team in creating a welcoming and upscale atmosphere
