The role of a Barback at Bond Cocktail Lounge is pivotal in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the bar team. The Barback supports the bartenders by ensuring all necessary ingredients, supplies, and tools are readily available, which enhances the bartenders' ability to produce exceptional cocktails quickly and efficiently. Though prior barback or hospitality experience is a plus, it is not a strict requirement.
