Job Requirements

  • Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Able to work flexible and long hours
  • Able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and frequently lift, carry, or move objects weighing 20 pounds
  • Able to stand and work for extended periods during service hours
  • Able to bend, stoop, or reach as needed
  • Able to work outdoors in varying temperatures
  • Able to operate a golf cart if required

  • Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the companys Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life
  • Participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort
  • Participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag
  • Stock all liquor, beer, and wine at the Banquet Bar
  • Adhere to the Restaurant schedule at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar, refrigerators, and service areas in an organized manner
  • Assist with opening and closing duties like restocking garnishes, straws, and napkins
  • Replenish liquor, beer, and wine as needed during shifts
  • Be familiar with beverages, cocktails, and resort pouring standards
  • Assist in opening and closing side-work as assigned
  • Follow resort protocols on responsible serving
  • Assist with food service if required
  • Report broken or damaged equipment
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • Abide by all resort policies and safety rules
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
