Job Requirements
- Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Food Handlers Certification
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to work flexible and long hours
- Able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and frequently lift, carry, or move objects weighing 20 pounds
- Able to stand and work for extended periods during service hours
- Able to bend, stoop, or reach as needed
- Able to work outdoors in varying temperatures
- Able to operate a golf cart if required

- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Adhere to the companys Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life
- Participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort
- Participate in all resort required meetings and trainings
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag
- Stock all liquor, beer, and wine at the Banquet Bar
- Adhere to the Restaurant schedule at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, refrigerators, and service areas in an organized manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties like restocking garnishes, straws, and napkins
- Replenish liquor, beer, and wine as needed during shifts
- Be familiar with beverages, cocktails, and resort pouring standards
- Assist in opening and closing side-work as assigned
- Follow resort protocols on responsible serving
- Assist with food service if required
- Report broken or damaged equipment
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Abide by all resort policies and safety rules
- Perform other duties as requested by management
