We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in supporting our bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates efficiently during busy nights and special events. Compensation for this role includes a tipped wage plus tips, which typically range between 2% and 3% of net sales depending on business volume. Job Duties
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
- keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- replenish drinkware, ice, and garnishes as needed
- help with inventory management and restocking items
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the bar
- assist with cleaning up after events and nightly closing duties
- provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with guests
