Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid work authorization

- physical capability to perform cleaning, lifting, balancing tasks

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong customer service orientation
- basic knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations
- ability to operate point of sale (POS) systems and other mechanical devices
Job Duties
- greet and interact with guests in a friendly professional manner when applicable
- assist bartenders with all aspects of guest service
- smile and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- wash and sterilize glassware and other serving equipment at bars
- prepare garnishes for drinks
- maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages
- maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas
- report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to bar manager
- maintain and stock adequate supplies of bar items such as glasses, cups, napkins, drink supplies, condiments
- stock refrigeration units with wines, beer, replace beer kegs
- replenish ice at bar
- empty bar trash cans
- attend all scheduled employee meetings
- additional tasks as assigned
