- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in barback or similar role preferred
- tabc certification
- food handlers certification
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to work nights and weekends

Job Duties
- create a clean and healthy space front and back of house
- communicate clearly with coworkers and guests
- maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and storage areas
- perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties
- assist bartenders by preparing garnishes and ensuring bar is stocked
- support efficient bar operations
- focus on delivering prompt and seamless service
