Founded seventeen years ago with humble beginnings, this dynamic organization has grown rapidly due to its founders' keen insight into creating concepts tailored to specific demographics in metropolitan regions. The Union Venture Group is committed to maintaining high standards for its business concepts and employees, recognizing that the dedication of its team members is central to delivering the quality customers expect. We are currently seeking a diligent and proactive Barback/Utility team member to join our innovative venue, which infuses traditional dance hall customs with premium customer service to offer an all-new modern honkytonk experience. This role is critical in supporting our bartenders by ensuring the bar area is well-maintained, fully stocked, and operating efficiently to provide seamless customer service. The ideal candidate will be observant and efficient, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness both in front and back of house, supporting bar operations by replenishing supplies such as garnishes, napkins, straws, and glassware, and performing general cleaning and stocking duties to guarantee a pleasant and hygienic environment for guests. The Barback/Utility team member must have a solid understanding of menu items and a determined focus on fast, attentive service. We offer competitive compensation, ranging between $16.00 and $30.00 per hour, alongside benefits such as free parking and the opportunity to work within a friendly and dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a company that values its employees and strives to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience anchored in tradition with a modern twist.
