Job Requirements

One plus year experience in fast faced bar environment
TIPS training required
State required certification
Basic computer skills
Positive, engaging personality, strong work ethic and professional appearance
Strong organizational, motivational, and leadership skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Work with minimal supervision
Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Accurately complete task in a timely manner
Maintain clean bar and storage areas
Ensure product dates are within TABC date specifications
Maintain sanitation of the preparation and service areas
Stock condiments, napkins, straws, etc. for guest use
Clean tables and chairs, sweep/mop floors and empty trash in the bar/dining area
Ensure proper prep is being done for daily and weekly needs
Maintain proper storage and stocking in correct amounts in specific locations
Transfer products between locations
Participate in other projects and activities as assigned
Collaborate with management on specials
