Job Requirements
- High school diploma, equivalent, or higher
- Previous hospitality experience
- Minimum 1-year experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
- Knowledge and experience with beer, wine, and liquor
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working on a team in a hospitality setting
- Ability to use technology, e.g., computers, tablets, iPads, and POS
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- A sense of ownership in everything that you do
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide service to bartenders in a timely manner
- Prepare beverage garnishes and mixes
- Ensure proper stocking and rotation of beer, liquor, wine, and consumable items
- Clean glasses, utensils, tools, and other bar equipment
- Run food from kitchen to bar and bar area to ensure guests receive their food in a timely manner
- Provide guests with menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation, and prices
- Maintain opening and closing par levels for beer, wine, liquor, and consumables
- Assist in the receiving and unloading of bar items
- Ensure proper stocking
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, cooler, and bar storage area
- Other necessary duties as reasonably assigned by the manager
