Job Requirements
- Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained
- Minimum of 2 years experience preferably within a high-volume environment
- Available to work various shift times and days including weekends and holidays
- Able to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds if necessary
- Authorized to legally work in the US

- Knowledge of craft cocktails and bar menu offerings
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of health and safety standards in food and beverage service
- Ability to successfully pass required training and certification exams
Job Duties
- Build a rapport with guests and assist with their requests
- Maintain a guest eye view behind the bar and support efficient service
- Restock ingredients and prepare garnishes to ensure smooth workflow
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Manage stock and inventory accurately to reduce wastage
- Adhere to cleaning and delivery procedures to maintain a safe workspace
- Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned
